    Working Principle

    Solvent-Based Mode: The substrate is coated with solvent-based adhesive and immediately laminated with a second layer. The composite then passes around a large diameter heating cylinder (typically 1500mm in diameter). The cylinder is heated internally, with a surface temperature of 80-180°C, causing the solvent to evaporate and the adhesive layer to cure.

    Hot Melt Mode: Hot melt adhesive is applied to the substrate by roller coating or lamination, then melted by heat and pressed together with another layer. Solvent-free and environmentally friendly.
