Full Automatic 3 in 1 Flame Laminating Machine

Sponge is used to burn through flame jet to melt the surface and instantly bond with other textiles, non-woven products or artificial leather and other materials. The finished products are mostly used in industries such as carpets, clothing, toys, car interiors, sofa seat covers, decoration and packaging.

    Working Principle

    The German-Style Large Flame Laminating Machine utilizes the foam itself as the bonding medium. The machine uses a linear gas burner to produce a high-temperature flame that rapidly impinges onto the foam surface, causing the foam surface to instantly melt at approximately 1200°C, forming a thin adhesive layer. The molten foam surface is then pressed together with the upper fabric, lining, or other material under the pressure roller, and after cooling, a firm bond is formed.

    Compared to traditional adhesive lamination processes, this flame lamination technology offers several unique advantages. First, the lamination process requires no adhesives, eliminating VOC emissions at the source. Second, the bond formed by the molten foam has excellent integrity, providing high strength and soft hand feel. Third, the laminated products are resistant to washing and dry cleaning, offering long service life.

Constant tension accumulator mechanisms effectively control finished roll tension, eliminating quality issues such as edge curling and reduced bond strength.

    The gas-to-air mixing ratio can be precisely adjusted according to material characteristics, accommodating foam materials of different densities and thicknesses. Gas constant pressure mechanisms and vaporizers can be added as needed to ensure stable combustion when using liquefied gas during winter.
