Basic process: unwinding - point molding - drying - cooling - rewinding
1. Fabric unwinding part:including feeding roller,traction storage unit,tension controlunit(manual), pneumatic center correction,cloth guide shaft,infrared light control edge device,active aluminum opening roller,flattening the fabric,applying tension and automatic edgealignment,precise sent fabric into the oven.
2. Glue coating part:the core part of the machine,including cloth guide roller,aluminum openingroller, glue pump device,drip molding roller,blades,glue recycle steel tank,and motor drivedevice.
3. Heating part:Including oven,heating tube,cast iron rail,needle,convey belt,motor transmission device.
4. Cooling part:including cooling fans,2m Bare cast iron rail,cloth guide rollers,motortransmission device,make sure dotted fabric cold quickly.
5. Rewinding part:including cloth guide roller,traction storage unit,metering device,motor drive,to wind the product in roller.
Application
This equipment is suitable for anti-slip processing of wool carpets, synthetic fiber carpets, tufted carpets, non-woven mats, PVC mats, rubber mats, and automotive floor mats. Different dot patterns such as round dots, squares, stripes, or diamonds as well as various dot spacing densities can be configured according to customer requirements to meet diverse anti-slip needs.
