Cabinet-Type Deodorizing Machine
Intruduction
After treatment with the deodorizing machine, products have significantly reduced odor, meeting the requirements of automotive OEMs and domestic/ international environmental standards for in-car air quality and textile odor levels.
Working Principle
Roll materials to be treated (such as laminated fabrics, foam composites, etc.) are placed on racks or hanging devices inside the cabinet.
The cabinet door is closed, and the machine enters automatic operation mode.
The hot air circulation system starts, heating the air inside to the set temperature (typically 60-120°C). Hot air circulates inside the cabinet, evenly penetrating the material layers, causing residual solvents and odor components to volatilize under heat.
The exhaust system discharges the humid, volatile-laden air out of the cabinet while drawing in fresh air.
Treatment time can be set according to material thickness and odor level (typically 30-120 minutes).
After treatment, the cabinet door opens, and the materials are removed. Deodorized products can proceed to the next process or be directly packaged.
